The approximately 40 m² large apartment 3 is located on the first floor directly over the garden. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed (for one person), the bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

The kitchen offers a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a fridge, a stove and a coffee maker.  As all our apartments this one is equipped sat-tv and free WIFI.
